That is why we offer a worldwide repair service: a competent team of surgical instrument makers, logistics experts, our in-house sales team, applications engineers and technicians all ensure that your instruments or devices remain "as good as new" thanks to their absolutely precise work. The team includes Norbert Braun (Manager of Customer Service for Instrument Repairs) who has been employed by our company for more than 20 years and knows our products like no other.

We not only repair instruments and instrument filters that we manufacture but we also handle third-party products – subject of course to Geuder standards. Should repairs be needed, we ensure that you receive a substitute device and carry out any necessary safety and technical checks. Send in your instruments or devices – and we will lengthen the lifetime of your equipment by many years. Alternatively, you can also give your instrument to your sales representative. Are you located outside Germany? Then please contact a distributor near you who will forward your instruments or devices to our repair service.
